The goal of the
Auburn Gay and Lesbian Association, AGLA, is to promote mutually
supportive relationships among all students in the interest of
advancing campus and community diversity.

constitution, is to promote equality and advocacy for faculty,
staff, and students of Auburn University who are Gay, Lesbian, or
Bisexual.

SAFE is the University of Montevallo organization
(Montevallo, AL) that promotes equal rights for gay, lesbian,
bisexual, and transgender individuals. We are a non-profit,
university-sanctioned student group and membership is open to
anyone, regardless of sexual orientation, religious affiliation,
race or any other factor. Primarily, SAFE functions as a community
educator by speaking to the public about GLBT issues.
SAFE sponsors speakers, educational film nights, entertainment for
students, and our annual Unity Conference.

The purpose of the Alliance for Sexual Diversity
(ASD) is to provide the university community with a forum for
discussion of issues regarding sexual orientation. ASD promotes
the fact that gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender persons are
an affirming part of the world’s cultural, ethnic, religious and
sexual diversity.
